This is very similar to Sudoku. Futoshiki puzzles come in different sizes, so a 5x5 puzzle would need to have the numbers 1-5 in every row and column, for example.
Fill every square so that each row and column contains each digit from 1 to N exactly once.
Respect all inequality operators (< and >) between adjacent cells.
